सूजी - Semolina - 1/2 Cup (90 grams)
घी - Ghee - 5 tbsp
नमक - Salt - 1/2 tsp
बेकिंग Soda - Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp

𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒉𝒎𝒆𝒍 𝑫𝒂𝒍
मूंग दाल - Moong Dal - 2 tbsp
मसूर दाल - Orange Split / Masoor Dal - 2 tbsp
अरहर दाल - Pigeon Pea Split - 2 tbsp
चना दाल - Chickpeas Split - 2 tbsp
उड़द दाल - Black Gram Split - 2 tbsp
घी - Ghee - 2 tbsp
जीरा - Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
काली मिर्च - Black Pepper - 7 - 8 no,
लोंग - Clove - 3 no,
बड़ी इलायची - Black Cardamom - 1 no,
टमाटर - Tomato 2
अदरक - Ginger - 3/4 inch
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 1no,
हल्दी पाउडर - Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
धनिया पाउडर - Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
हींग - Asafoetida - 1/2 pinch
नमक - Salt - 3/4 tsp
बूरा - Boora - 1/2 cup
काजू - Cashew - 2 tbsp, chopped
