Ingredients for
Bisi Bele Bhat
Rice - चावल - 1/2 Cup (100 grams)
Tuvar Lentils - अरहर दाल - 1/4 Cup (50 grams)
Carrot - गाजर - 1, Chopped
French Beans - बीन्स - 8-10 , Chopped
Cauliflower - फूलगोभी - 1/2 Cup, Chopped
Green Peas - मटर के दाने - 2-3 tbsp
Green Capsicum - शिमला मिर्च - 1/2 Cup, Chopped
Salt - नमक - 1.5 tsp (total)
Desi Ghee - घी - 2.5 tbsp (total)

For Tadka:
Desi Ghee - घी - 3 tbsp
Cashews - काजू - 14, (7 Chopped)
Mustard Seeds - सरसो के दाने - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - कड़ी पत्ता - 10-12
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp
Tomato - टमाटर - 1, Chopped
Tamarind Pulp - इमली का पल्प - 1 tbsp
Salt - नमक - 3/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves - धनिया -1 tsp
Frozen Cheese - फ्रोजेन चीज़ - 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Bisi Bele Bhat Masala:
Split Chickpeas - चना दाल - 1 tbsp
Split Black Gram Lentils - उरद दाल - 1 tbsp
Desi Ghee - घी - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 2
Coriander Seeds - साबुत धनिया - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - मेथी दाना - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - हींग - 1 pinch
Poppy Seeds - खसखस - 1 tsp
Coconut - नारियल - 1 tbsp, Chopped
Cinnamon - दालचीनी - 1 inch stick
Cardamom - छोटी इलाइची - 2
Nutmeg - जायफल - 1, Small piece
Cloves - लौंग - 2
Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 4-5
Mustard Seeds - सरसो के दाने - 1/2 tsp
