Episode 3715: Is Tapu Really Guilty?

Bhide accuses Tapu of mixing itching powder in the 'gulaal' to trouble him. The members of the Gokuldham society wait for Dr. Hathi in order to treat Bhide and get rid of the itchiness. Inspector Chaalu Pandey makes a surprise visit to the society and questions Bhide about his unusual behavior; everyone is shocked as they assume that Bhide has filed an official complaint at the police station. Inspector Chaalu Pandey is ordered to file an FIR against Tapu for troubling people at the festival. Champaklal and Jethalal get angry and ask Bhide to withdraw his complaint. Bhide, who is struggling with the itchiness on his body, is unable to say or react to the issue as he wants to clarify that he has not called the police. Stay tuned.

The show is inspired by the famous humorous column 'Duniya Ne Undha Chasma' by the eminent Gujarati writer Mr. Tarak Mehta. This story evolves around happenings in "Gokuldham Co-operative Society" and covers topical issues that are socially relevant. The show predominantly revolves around 'Jethalaal' (Dilip Joshi), an uneducated Gujarati businessman. Your 'Taarak Mehta' (Sachin Shroff), is his neighbor. 'Jethalaal' finds a friend and philosopher in 'Taarak Mehta' and often goes to him for advice whenever he is in trouble. Jethalaal's family includes his simpleton wife 'Daya Ben' (Disha Wakani) and a mischievous son 'Tapu' (Raj Anankat). Tapu is a menace and a constant source of trouble to all the members of Gokuldham. They have often warned 'Jethalaal' to reform 'Tapu' or else be prepared to leave the premises.
